NAI LeGrand & Company recently sold Sioux City’s top downtown office building, the 10-story Terra Centre, to 4th Street Centre LLC.
Arlene Curry and Ellen Kaplan of Sioux City-based NAI LeGrand & Company represented the seller, CF Industries, Inc., an international fertilizer producer headquartered in Deerfield, Ill.
