Thanks to the help of NAI Martens, Builders Inc. has purchased the former American Red Cross building at 1900 E. Douglas in Wichita, Kansas.
Builders Inc. purchased Mid America Exteriors in 2016 and plans to move that business from its current space at 1625 E. Central to its newly purchased building.
Patrick Ahern with NAI Martens and Adam Clements with Builders handled the sale of the building.
The building is 45,432 square feet and sits next to a ramp for Wichita’s Canal Route.
