NAI Martens brokered the sale of the Bite Me BBQ Restaurant and building in Wichita, Kansas, to a new local owner/operator. NAI Martens brokers Troy Farha and Steve Martens were the representatives for the property.

The founders of Bite Me BBQ have sold their restaurant and building at 130-132 N. St. Francis in Wichita’s Old Town neighborhood. The owners had operated their restaurant in its present location since 2012.

Chris and Shea Tincher, founders of Todd Brian’s Brick Street Cafe, also in Wichita’s Old Town neighborhood, purchased Bite Me BBQ. The Tinchers also own Thyme & Thyme Again Catering.

The Tinchers are buying both the restaurant and the building, which includes a second-floor executive residence. The Tinchers plan to lease the residence.

Farha and Martens of NAI Martens listed the property for sale last year.
