Patrick Ahern and Grant Glasgow, advisors with NAI Martens, recently brokered the sale of two Class-A office buildings at Wilson Estates Office Park in Wichita, Kansas.
The properties, which have a combined 106,000 square feet of space, sold to Vantage Point Properties, the firm that originally developed Wilson Estates Office Park in the 1990s. Vantage again owns all five of the buildings in the development.
The buildings, located at 8621 and 8535 E. 21st St., house Woodspring Suites and Aetna.
