Milwaukee’s NAI MLG Commercial recently helped Leonard Insurance Services complete a lease in Mequon, Wis.
The insurance company leased 1,464 square feet from Lexington Square, LLP. Steffi Krolikowski of NAI MLG Commercial handled this transaction.
The company also helped close a deal in which KB Subs, doing business as Jimmy John’s, leased 1,386 square feet of retail space in Stoughton, Wis., from Brogin Investments, LLC. Mitch Quade of NAI MLG Commercial represented Brogin Investments in the deal.
