Alliance Electrical Contractors leased 2,400 square feet in Pewaukee, Wis., from Kroeger Properties, LLC. Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.
Mazur/Zachow, Inc. recently leased 7,184 square feet in Brookfield, Wis., from Access R, LLC. Tim Janusz of NAI MLG COmmercial represented the landlord.
