Milwaukee’s NAI MLG Commercial recently closed two lease transactions in the Milwaukee area.
In the first, Medical Equipment Sales Associates leased 2,782 square feet located in New Berlin, Wis., from First Industrial Realty Trust. Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.
Also, MW Alterations recently leased 1,280 square feet in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from Schim Investments, LLC. Adam Connor and Kevin Schmoldt of NAI MLG Commercial handled this transaction.
