JP Party Mart leased 2,683 square feet in Delafield, Wis., from Delafield Investment, LLC. Scott Satula and Adam Connor of NAI MLG Commercial represented Delafield Investment in the transaction.
Normet Americas leased 4,930 square feet in Sturtevant, Wis., from Robka Investments. Barry Chavin and Tony Bareta of NAI MLG represented Robka Investments in this deal.
