The commercial real estate market may be slow, but that hasn’t stopped one Wisconsin-based brokerage from staying busy.

Milwaukee’s NAI MLG Commercial recently closed several transactions in the Milwaukee area.

Charlotte Zurn, Rachel Schmidt and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial helped Waukesha State Bank in its sale of 23,158 square feet in Waukesha, Wis., to Apostolic Life Tabernacle Church.

Stephen Provancher and Matson, both with NAI MLG, helped Area Erectors lease one-half acre of land in Waukesha from Tritz Holding Company.

JJR Properties recently sold 1.05 acres in Hartford, Wis., to Oranjestad Investments. Scott Satula and Brian Vanevenhoven of NAI MLG handled the transaction.

Finally, IBC Technologies USA Inc. recently leased 4,800 square feet in Sheboygan, Wis., from Dziczkowski Revocable Trust thanks to the assistance of NAI MLG professionals Curt Pitzen and Brett Garceau, both of whom represented Dziczkowski Revocable Trust.
