Kevin Schmoldt and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Milwaukee-based NDC Realty in selling the former Pick ‘n Save grocery store at 1717 Center Ave in Janesville, Wisconsin.
The Pick ‘n Save closed in early November and the property was marketed for sale for less than two months and received multiple offers.
Schmoldt said that the market for the asset was strong, and that NAI MLG Commercial and its client were able to consider multiple offers. Schmoldt said that the Rock County economy is a strong one today, and is the main reason for the multiple offers.
