NAI Nashville helped bring Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance as the latest tenant at 215 Gothic Court in Franklin, Tennessee.
Trey Kirby with NAI Nashville represented the landlord in the transaction.
The facility, long known as A-Game Sportsplex, will change its name to the TOA Sports Perfromance Center in an agreement between the building’s owners and the Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance.
The alliance is leasing more than 8,500 square feet of the facility to serve as its Williamson County hub for urgent care, physical therapy and performance training.
