NAI NP Dodge Commercial Real Estate has added four experienced real estate professionals to its team: Trenton Magid, Jeff Beals, Grant Palmer and Conner Dana.
Magid, Beals and Palmer come to NAI NP Dodge from World Group. Dana most recently worked at CBRE Mega.
Magid, executive vice president, has 23 years of commercial real estate experience. He has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction volume with a heavy emphasis on retail, office and land deals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Beals, executive vice president of marketing and community relations, has worked in Omaha real estate for 15 years. He received Master of Arts and Bachelor of Journalism degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
After completing the real estate curriculum at University of Nebraska at Omaha, Palmer started working in commercial real estate two years ago. He focuses primarily on representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
Dana started in real estate two years ago and has acquired a background in both brokerage and property management. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. At NAI NP Dodge, Dana will focus primarily on investment property sales and acquisitions.
