NAI Partners announces new managing director of Austin office

NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—today announced that is has installed Gary Hebert as the new Managing Director for its Austin office.

“Gary joined us in our Investment Sales team in Austin late last year, and quickly established himself as one of the team’s top performers, earning Top Investment Sales Associate for Q2 2021,” said Travis Rodgers, Partner & COO, Partners Real Estate Company. “After spending considerable time with Gary, it became clear to us that—while we were very enthused by his sales acumen—his natural leadership ability made him even more indispensable to our Austin office as its leader.”

Added Mr. Rodgers, “Gary exemplifies positive collaboration, as his deal pipeline is full of projects he is working on with other agents in multiple offices across our company. I also find Gary to be a model of the rest of our company values: he puts his clients first, he always operates with excellence and integrity, he definitely shows entrepreneurial passion, and I know accountability is a big deal to Gary.”

In his new role, Mr. Hebert will lead the day-do-day operations of the company’s Austin office, and focus on growing revenue, supporting the sales team, recruiting, providing office leadership, and coordinating efforts with other offices and teams.

“Enabling Gary to focus full-time on leadership and strategy and not having to pull double-duty as a producer will help turbocharge the growth of our Austin operation, and significantly enhance the depth and breadth of our full-service platform for our Austin-based clients,” said Mr. Rodgers.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, Mr. Hebert was an Executive Vice President with Capital Commercial Investments in Austin. He also spent several years as a Manager at Accenture in that company’s Capital Markets Management Consulting practice, and before that, he was a Prime Brokerage Associate at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Hebert is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
