NAI Partners recently arranged two industrial leases for Killam Development at 5700 S International Pkwy in McAllen, Texas: 100,783 sq. ft to Marmon Foodservice Technologies, and 30,120 sq. ft. to Worldwise.
NAI Partners’ Carlos Marquez represented the landlord in both transactions at 5700 S International Pkwy.
Killam Development owns 5 million sq. ft. of commercial property in South Texas, with 2.4 million sq. ft. of industrial in the Rio Grande Valley, and 240,000 sq. ft. of industrial currently available for lease in Sharyland Industrial Park by the Anzalduas Bridge. Killam Development recently acquired 3,400 acres in Mission and McAllen, which is prime for industrial, retail, and residential.
