NAI Partners — the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company — recently arranged a 9,000-sq.-ft. retail lease at Fondren Marketplace Shopping Center located at 11092 Fondren Rd in Houston, Texas.
NAI Partners’ Jason Gaines represented the landlord, SSS Fondren Marketplace, in the transaction. Shop Company’s Thad Mai represented the tenant, Oak Street Health.
Oak Street Health, a primary care medical provider, specializes in Medicare patient care.
“This will be Oak Street’s second location in the Houston area, 12th location in Texas, and one-hundred-eighteenth overall for the company,” said Mr. Gaines. “Their corporate plan is to open this location and start seeing patients in Q1 2022.”
