NAI Partners recently arranged the sale of 469 acres located at the northwest corner of FM 362 and Owens Rd in Waller, Texas. The transaction is the second largest land sale by acreage in Waller—and the eighth largest land sale by acreage in the entire Greater Houston area—completed over the last 12 months, per CoStar data.
Alex Makris, Senior Vice President, and Jeff Pittman, Senior Vice President, of the company’s Land Sales team, represented the seller/land owner, in the transaction.
The property is located immediately north of the aforementioned Beacon Hill development along FM 362, just north of the Buc-ees on Hwy 290.
