NAI Partners recently arranged multiple retail transactions in Pearland, Texas, totaling more than 10,000 square feet of assets.
The first was a 3,500-square-foot lease at 5040 Broadway for Nikki’s Country Kitchen, a new concept from the Barcenas family of restaurants coming to the Pearland area with a home cooked feel.
The second transaction was a 7,497-square-foot lease for Action Behavior Centers at 2941 Broadway Bend Dr in Pearland.
NAI Partners’ Mr. Leger and Jason Gaines represented the landlord in the transaction.
Action Behavior Centers is a growing provider of ABA Therapy based in Texas. They focus on providing comprehensive ABA Therapy for kids with Autism.
