NAI Partners’ Retail Services’ Jason Gaines recently arranged the following three transactions:
The first was a 10,000-square-foot retail lease renewal for Happy Family Chinese Buffet at 3101 FM 1960 East in Humble, Texas, in which Mr. Gaines represented the landlord in the transaction.
The second was a 1,400-square-foot retail lease for Wingstop at 14119 Grant Rd in Cypress, Texas, in which Mr. Gaines represented the tenant in the transaction.
The third was a 1,625-square-foot retail lease—also for Wingstop—in Crosby, Texas. Mr. Gaines represented the tenant in the transaction.
