Partners Real Estate Company—the holding company of Partners Capital, Partners Development, and NAI Partners—today announced that it has arranged the sale of a property that all three of its companies collaborated on across multiple geographies to bring to fruition.
Partners Development broke ground on a Starbucks last year at Triangle Center in Round Rock, Texas, a 58,929-sq.-ft. retail center owned by Partners Capital. Houston-based Partners Capital then hired Ryan McCullough, Tyler Jaynes, and Connor Watson of NAI Partners’ Investment Sales Division in Austin to sell the freestanding property.
“This transaction is a quintessential example of how Partners Real Estate Company’s businesses can work together to leverage the depth of our singular platform to empower our investors to build their wealth through our investment and development vehicles,” said Jon Silberman, Managing Partner of Partners Real Estate Company. “Not to mention delivering financial flexibility through the collaborative efforts of our integrated suite of services—enabling us to meet any commercial real estate requirement our clients may have.”
“We kicked off this project with Starbucks during the heart of the pandemic in early 2020 when we came to terms on a new store at Triangle Center in Round Rock, Texas,” said Andrew Pappas, Partner & Managing Director, Partners Capital. “Partners Development Vice President Julie Ward worked extremely hard to make sure this build-to-suit was top-notch. This was a fantastic opportunity for Partners Development and our Fund III investors, and a prime example of the tremendous effort and seamless collaboration between Partners Capital, Partners Development, and our Austin Investment Sales team, all of whom did an outstanding job.”
