NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles represented the tenant in the transaction at 4424 W Sam Houston Pkwy N. The landlord, The GC Net Lease, was represented by Chip Covill and Cameron Covill.
Founded in 2001, CRA’s global headquarters are strategically located in Houston, Texas, enabling quick material provision to locations across the globe. Initially operating as a distributor and stockist, since 2008, CRA has acquired two of the world’s largest cold finishing mills, a third smaller mill, and numerous additional pieces of manufacturing equipment while transitioning to a JIT mill manufacturing model.
