NAI Partners recently arranged two office leases totaling 3,547 square feet in San Antonio.
In the first, NAI Partners San Antonio’s Jorge Martinez represented San Antonio Counseling & Behavioral Center in a lease extension for 1,082 square feet at 4242 Medical Drive. Andrew Price of CBRE represented the landlord.
In the second deal, Martinez and Clare Flesher represented Public Alliance, LLC, in a 2,465-square-foot lease extension and expansion at 909 NE Loop 410. JLL’s Meredith Howard represented the landlord.
