NAI Pfefferle has expanded into the Milwaukee market effective Jan. 1.
The firm, a division of Pfefferle Companies, Inc., has additional offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Sheboygan and Wausau, Wisconsin.
The company has 26 licensed brokers and manages more than 14 million square feet of property throughout the state of Wisconsin.
NAI Pfefferle is part of the NAI Global real estate network, which has more than 325 local offices and 5,800 professionals across the globe.
Walter Sauthoff will lead NAI Pfefferle’s expansion into its Milwaukee office. As partner and managing director, Sauthoff brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in Southeast Wisconsin. He will lead a team of local advisors specializing in office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment properties in the greater Milwaukee market.
The new office will be located at 1233 N. Mayfair Road, Suite 207, in Milwaukee.
