NAI Pleasant Valley‘s Jeffrey Calig and David Hexter negotiated the sale of an industrial property at 2458 Edison Blvd. in Twinsburg, Ohio, on behalf of the seller and the buyer, TNT Services of Columbus, Ohio.
The company plans to hire six employees initially at the building, which totals 12,559 square feet.
For more than 30 years, TNT Services has provided fleet and commercial property power washing services. The company is headquartered in Columbus, and has regional offics in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville and Cleveland.
