NAI Pleasant Valley closed the sale of a 116-unit condemned apartment in Cleveland for $1.5 million.
After four years of effort, Debbie Maggard and Hiedi Winston sold Hough Avenue in Cleveland through Ten-X Auctions.
The site will be redeveloped as apartments, and is situated next door to the 160-unit Case Western Reserve University student housing building.
