NAI Pleasant Valley closed the recent sale of an office investment property at 165 Smokerise Drive in Wadsworth, Ohio.
The sale consisted of a three-story, single-tenant office building of 30,248 square feet. The building was located on 3.74 acres of land.
Scott Raskow and Bob Raskow of NAI Pleasant Valley, in conjunction with a team from Savills out of Phoenix, represented the seller in the transaction.
The sale helps support that there is a market in Northeast Ohio for attractive, first-class investment properties such as the Smokerise facility.
