NAI Pleasant Valley‘s Deborah Maggard and Hiedi Winston represented Denny’s in three separate sales in the Cleveland area.
The expectation set was “have all three properties sold before Dec. 31, 2020,” a goal that was met by agents Maggard and Winston.
The Cleveland Denny’s location on Brookpark Road was sold quickly to B. A Sweetie Candy Company, which will open a popcorn shop in the former restaurant. The rear of the property will be expanded to GOLFLAND.
The Willoughby location was raized and a new Swenson’s Drive In restaurant will replace it. The North Canton location will become a Chinese restaurant.
