NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale of an 11,000-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center. Located along the Highway 77 corridor in North Waxahachie, Texas, the property was acquired by a private investor.

Tom Heraty, senior partner, of NAI Robert Lynn represented the buyer, and Brad Motley of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller.

The 100% occupied center sits along one of the area’s most vibrant retail corridors. Waxahachie continues to see strong population and commercial growth as part of the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, making well-located, fully leased retail assets like this one especially attractive to private investors seeking stable, income-producing properties.
