NAI Robert Lynn represented M Padel and Socceroof in a pair of industrial leases totaling 150,000 square feet at 6558 E. Campus Drive and 6422 E. Campus Drive in Northeast San Antonio.
The two former distribution buildings, spanning 50,000 square feet and 100,000 square feet, will be converted into a combined sports and recreation destination offering tennis, padel and indoor soccer. NAI Robert Lynn’s Giancarlo “GC” Carriero, Tommy Tran, and Carey Chan represented the tenants in the transaction.
M Padel, the padel-focused concept from the Mouratoglou brand, and Socceroof, an operator of premium indoor soccer facilities, will share the two buildings to create a single destination built around coaching, leagues, youth programs, tournaments and events. The project brings together multiple sports under one roof and marks a significant expansion for both brands with their first location in Texas.
