NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale of a freestanding medical office building Waxahachie, Texas.

Tom Heraty, senior partner of NAI Robert Lynn, represented the seller, Innate RE Solutions LLC, in the transaction. Kaiti Klint of KW Southlake represented the buyer, Central Medical Center, PLLC.

The property, which is just under 4,000 square feet, is a freestanding building suited for medical and office use, positioned along a high-visibility highway corridor in Waxahachie, one of the fastest-growing communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Freestanding assets of this type continue to attract strong buyer interest as healthcare providers seek well-located, purpose-built facilities in growing suburban markets.
