Avé Mediterranean, an upscale dining concept, has announced its lease in Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, Texas.
Located at 2600 West 7th Street, the 6,000-square-foot restaurant joins the city’s rapidly growing Cultural District. NAI Robert Lynn’s Lanie Richards, director, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Avé Mediterranean is an upscale Mediterranean concept. Located in Montgomery Plaza, the restaurant will offer lunch and dinner throughout the week with an elevated modern Mediterranean menu, with a strong focus on weekend brunch. The experience is designed to blend refined dining with a vibrant atmosphere, drawing guests from across West Fort Worth, downtown, and beyond.
In addition to the main dining experience, Avé will feature a stylish cocktail lounge area that will remain open late, offering a sophisticated and energetic ambiance. The space will also include a private dining room designed for meetings, celebrations, and special events. Weekday service will focus on a more refined, sit-down dining experience, while evenings and weekends will highlight the restaurant’s dynamic and social atmosphere.
Montgomery Plaza sits within the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District, an area that has seen significant growth as a dining and entertainment hub. The center’s proximity to some of Fort Worth’s most frequented cultural attractions made it an ideal choice for a restaurant seeking to attract a broad and engaged clientele. Gretchen Miller with Weitzman represented the landlord, RIOKIM Montgomery, LP (KIMCO Realty).
Avé Mediterranean is expected to open in June.
