NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has added senior property manager Nikki White to its property management team.
White started her property management career in 2018, managing commercial/medical buildings and leases for Trinity Health. During that role, she maintained the health system’s portfolio management database of 250-plus leases, including the processing of $1.5 million in monthly rents.
Additionally, White was an owner and property manager at White Haven Properties, where she provided full property management services to clients owning both long-term and short-term rental properties. She was also an owner and realtor at MI Mitten Realty Team, where she advised clients on the current market and efficient strategies to effectively guide them through the process of buying and/or selling.
White holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ferris State University. She has been a licensed realtor since 2014 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors.
