NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has added two new commercial real estate specialists and one new property manager to its team.
Chris Vanderband has joined the brokerage team with more than eight years of sales experience. He will primarily focus on the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Vanderband previously worked as an account manager for new unit sales at M&K Trailer Centers.
Paul Oosterbaan has joined NAI Wisinski after spending time on the professional tennis tour. He will focus on the sale and leasing of office and retail properties.
Diane Tomasunas has joined the property management team at NAI Wisinski after working at NAI Talcor in Tallahassee, Florida, as a property manager for the past five years. She previously lived in West Michigan and worked in property management for Edmark Development for nine years. Tomasunas has also spent time working at both Meijer and Spartan Stores in their design departments.
