Radiant Smiles, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based dental office, signed a lease for a 2,489-square-foot medical office space at 4650 Plainfield Ave. NE, Suite B, in Grand Rapids. It features new restrooms, wood-grain vinyl flooring, a new kitchenette and ample parking.
Hillary Taatjes Woznick and Doug Taatjes of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the landlord in this transaction.
The tenant, Radiant Smiles, was represented by Ryan Gillespie of CARR Realty.
Dr. Malavi Patel and her team celebrated the office’s grand-opening Sept. 28.
