Bill Tyson of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has assisted a salon in securing a 1,662-square-foot space at 381 Baldwin St. in Jenison, Michigan. Elite Full Service Salon & Spa signed a fiv-year lease for the last vacant space of the retail center.
Elite Full Service Salon & Spa will be a full service salon.
The space is currently being renovated. It will include eight styling stations, a massage room, aesthetician space, spray tanning areas and waxing area.
Tyson also helped facilitate the leases for Cricket Wireless and Nails by Kate at 381 Baldwin St.
