Hillary Taatjes Woznick and Rod Alderink of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted 9Round Fitness, an international kickboxing fitness franchise, in securing its first West Michigan location, 8233 Byron Center Avenue SW in Byron Center, Michigan.
9Round Fitness will occupy 1,330 square feet.
Renovations, including soundproofing and the addition of bag stations and rubber mats, are underway now. Townsend anticipates opening on Sept. 1.
