After sitting vacant for more than 20 years, 123 Division Ave. South in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is back on the map. Jason Makowski of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted Sean Terpstra in the purchase of the property in 2015. Now Terpstra is announcing two offerings at the building.
First is the residential component, Regency Flats, a multifamily development with seven one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments feature exposed brick and beams, quartz counter tops, tile showers and new windows.
Construction on all seven apartments is almost complete, and units will be available for occupancy later in November.
The second component is 850 square feet of retail space that was recently leased by a barber shop.
Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan ssisted Avenue Barber Shop in signing a three-year lease at the building.
