NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted national fashion boutique Scout & Molly’s in securing space at Breton Village retail center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Expected to open in March of 2018, Scout & Molly’s sells women’s apparell.
Owner Sue Yocum collaborated with commercial real estate firm NAI Wisinski of West Michigan and CWD Real Estate Investment to find the right location for Scout & Molly’s within the Grand Rapids community.
“When I first walked into a Scout & Molly’s, I fell in love with the welcoming vibe and fun selection of clothing and accessories that you can’t find anywhere else,” said Yocum. “I just knew it would be a great addition to the Grand Rapids shopping scene, and I can’t wait to open the doors and share this truly warm, relaxing shopping experience with new and old friends alike.”
