WR & JR Properties has purchased approximately 15 acres of vacant land in Pennfield Township in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Kara Schroer, CCIM, of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the seller in this transaction.
The first building on this property will be for Rogers Glass, Window & Door, Inc., a company specializing in commercial storefronts and residential windows and doors. The Battle Creek-based glass company has been serving the community since 1986 and plans to relocate to the new property with a building of approximately 12,000 square feet, which will help beautify the local area.
This will leave the balance on the property for build-to-suit or purchase opportunity. The new owner aims to preserve the rustic country aesthetic of the neighborhood, which features many beautiful trees.
