Eastfield Village LLC, a local real estate company, completed its acquisition of Dwelling Zone Apartments, a 48-unit market-rate apartment community in Grant, Michigan. The sale also included additional land that allows for future expansion potential of 96 more apartment units.
The community, previously known as Dwelling Zone Apartments, will be undergoing a name change to Eastfield Village Apartments.
Craig Black and Scott Nurski of NAI Global Great Lakes Region/NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, assisted by Jamey Casey, brokered the transaction for the buyer. Wally Bulkowski of Fusion Properties represented the seller. Financing for the property was provided by Choice One Bank.
