Todd Leinberger and Andrew Kapanowski of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted two tenants in securing leases at Marketplace Plaza at 4560 N M-37 Hwy in Middleville, Michigan.
Saunders Insurance Services has signed a five-year lease and will be occupying 1,960 square feet. HCS Computer Sales/Service has signed a four-year lease and will also be occupying 1,960 square feet.
The center, Marketplace Plaza, is anchored by the supermarket Middleville Market Place. Other tenants in the strip mall include Pharmacy Care and First Rehab & Sport. Ralph Fahner and Ransom Leppink have owned the shopping center for 11 years and have run the supermarket for 19-and-a-half years.
