Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted Full Circle Coffee in securing a 2,495-square-foot location at 8233 Byron Center Ave., Suite P, in Byron Center, Michigan.

Full Circle Coffee started as a mobile coffee and espresso bar with dreams of opening a brick and mortar location where people could gather and spend time in the community. Roughly three years later they have secured their first location with plans to open in October.

The coffee menu will be consistent with what Full Circle Coffee has always been offering; with the addition of a smaller 8 oz size and focusing mainly on a smaller, more-accessible menu. Additionally, the menu will be offering some baked goods and house made no-bake bites with plans of adding a smoothie menu as well.

Todd Leinberger also represented the landlord in this transaction.
