NAI Wisinski of West Michigan broker Hillary Taatjes Woznick assisted Greater Hopes Inc. with the purchase of a 1,168-square-foot space at 2453 28th Street SW in Wyoming, Michigan.
The organization will relocate to the new space from a leased space in downtown Grand Rapids. Greater Hopes plans to occupy the space sometime in the first quarter of 2018.

Greater Hopes was founded in 1997 and has placed more than 700 children of all ages, from the United States and 13 other countries, into adoptive families. The nonprofit organization supports relative adoptions and direct consent placements, where the child’s parents choose the family who adopts their child, and are invited to stay involved in the child’s life.
