Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted B2 Outlet Stores in securing a 7,000-square-foot location at 3343 Alpine Ave. in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
B2, which is short for “Benefit Twice,” is a Zeeland, Michigan-based retailer that offers merchandise at a discounted rate and then invests 51 percent of the profits back into the local community (the double benefit).

The Alpine store will serve numerous groups within the area that are looking to make an impact on the community and embrace the vision of empowering the youth and helping foster their leadership skills development.
The original B2 Outlet Store opened in Hudsonville, Michigan, in November of 2014. B2 Outlet is an example of a rapidly expanding retailer in a climate where many retailers are shrinking. By the end of 2018, B2 Outlets will have opened 15 stores across three states in the past two years.
