NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski have assisted Grand Valley Medical Specialists in securing a new lease at 1000 East Paris Avenue SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The lease is for a 14,180-square-foot space that will allow the medical practice to add physicians and assist more patients. GVMS is relocating from its space at 1900 Wealthy Street SE.
GVMS is one of the oldest independent medical practices in West Michigan, with 15 doctors and five Advanced Practice Providers. The practice provides primary patient care to the whole family, from infants to adults through its pediatric, family and internal medicine practices.
Although GVMS began seeing patients at the East Paris location July 18, renovations to the interior of the building are underway. The renovations include upgrades to the common areas and restrooms, as well as a remodel of the lobby. MB Real Estate-health care, the lessor, is managing the renovation project.
