Kara Schroer of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan recently assisted ABTZ Properties in purchasing an office building at 5943 Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The space will be utilized by Braintrust Behavioral Health, LLC.
Braintrust Behavioral Health is an independent provider focused on supporting children, families and adults with behavioral change.
The 18,600-square-foot building will house the company’s administrative and clinical staff offices as well as the autism center.
ABTZ Properties is offering 3,000 to 4,650 square feet for lease at the property with an opportunity for Stadium Drive monument signage. NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has been retained as the leasing agent.
