NAI Wisinski of West Michigan brokers Jason Makowski and Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely arranged for local clothing maker Duffield Lane to lease of 4,000 square feet of office space at VanderLende Lofts in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Makowski and Wisinski-Rosely represented both Duffield Lane and landlord VandLende Lofts LLC with the transaction.
The space, located at 127 S. Division in the eclectic Heartside Neighborhood district, will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the growing clothier, which is owned by local entrepreneurs Jamie Loeks Duffiled and Ryan Duffield.
