NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted Pind Indian Cuisine in signing a five-year lease at 241 Fulton St., the former Russo’s Market, Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 4,497-squre-foot remodeled space will offer outdoor seating.
Pind Indian Cuisine will serve authentic Indian food with ingredients made from scratch.
The restaurant will offer various dishes including tandoori, biryani and malai kofta, providing traditional Indian cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. Pind Indian Cuisine will also offer gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options as well as take-out and catering for events.
Manny Singh, the owner of the restaurant, currently owns two other restaurants, Pind Indian Cuisine in Ashburn, Virginia, and Lemon Cuisine of India in Richmond, Virginia.
241 West Fulton is located along the Grand River and adjacent to Plaza Towers. The restaurant will have parking available next to the building.
The restaurant anticipates opening within the next few weeks.
