NAI Wisinski of West Michigan announced that suites are for lease in the Advia Credit Union headquarters under construction at 6400 West Main St. in Kalamazoo, Michigan’s, Oshtemo Township. Advia has broken ground and anticipates its new building to be completed in early 2021.
An aggregate of 6,000 square feet will be available for lease to retail or office occupiers. That square footage can be configured into a total of five separate units on the west end of the building. The east end of the building will hold the Advia Credit Union branch. Each unit will feature road-facing visibility as well as interior-facing access from within Advia’s headquarters.
The available retail/office spaces will include convenient parking, large front facing windows providing natural light, common area restroom facilities allowing more useable space within the suite, 18″ raised floor system for ease of buildout and HVAC configuring, fiber connectivity, and on-building as well as road monument signage opportunities.
Desired tenants include a coffee shop, legal services, title company, general office, small merchandise retailers, and other similar uses.
The building is located within the big box shopping district of the West Main Corridor near the 9th Street intersection and provides easy access to US-131.
The Advia Headquarters is anticipated to begin operations in early 2021. Approximately 220 Advia team members will operate within the new HQ facility upon opening with room to grow to over 500.
Advia anticipates serving a large segment of the greater Kalamazoo area at its new facility due to its continued expansion and member growth in the surrounding communities. The Credit Union’s mission is to provide financial advantages to its members, and serves nearly 170,000 members in Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois. Advia features a total of 32 current locations and will be adding other Michigan location in early 2020.
