Nails by Katie will be relocating into a larger 1,100 square-foot space at 381 Baldwin Street in Jenison, Michigan.
Bill Tyson of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the landlord, ASJ Property Management LLP. Robert Lotzar of CBRE represented the tenant, Vinh Nailcare by Katie.
The space is currently being renovated with an anticipated opening date in January 2017.
