NAI Wisinski of West Michigan investment specialist Russ Bono has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
CCIM is the most prestigious designation commercial real estate professionals can achieve within the industry, and represents proven expertise in financial, market and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation. To achieve this designation, each candidate is required to complete a component graduate level program comprised of 160 hours of education, pass the comprehensive exam, complete a membership application and pay annual dues.
Bono, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is one of only 6 percent of commercial Realtors to earn the CCIM designation. NAI Wisinski of West Michigan now has seven agents that hold the CCIM designation.
Bono joined NAI Wisinski of West Michigan from NAI Mid-Michigan in Lansing in December of 2014. Before joining NAI, he spent 25 years in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area both in real estate and as a small-business owner.
